Though you are a ratified member of AIOS, you have to update your membership number in the Scientific Committee abstract submission portal.
Logon to www.aios-scientificcommittee.org using your user id and password. Click on the "My Profile" tab. In the profile page, submit your AIOS membership number and save. Logout and logon again.
You will be able to submit your instruction course.
