Co-instructors may encounter problems in providing consent by email for an instruction course for two reasons.

1. Co-instructors wouldn't have received an email on the topic

2. Co-instructors would have have lost or accidentally deleted the email received.

For the above cases, co-instructor can still login to the scientific committee website and provide consent from the dashboard.
